You have to drive 67km till Mindo. The highway is in excellent conditions, from the highway to Mindo you have to take a dirt road.

Quito-Nono-Tandayapa-San Tadeo Road
You have to drive for 80km, the road is not in very good conditions, but it is very good for bikes.
